The Mate Platform ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy applies to all applications within The Mate Platform suite, including ManageMate, MineMate, FlightMate, BuildMate, HaulMate, FlexiMate, and ApprenticeMate.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect personal and operational data necessary to provide our workforce management services:

• Account Data: Name, work/personal email address, phone number, and company name.
• Operational Data: Roster schedules, Flight Duty Period (FDP) entries, work diary logs, SWMS safety records, timesheets, and credential/ticket expiry records.
• Financial Data: Subscription billing details (processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways).

3. Data Sovereignty & Storage

All user and corporate data collected by The Mate Platform is hosted exclusively on encrypted infrastructure located within Australian data centers. We maintain 100% Australian Data Sovereignty.

4. Zero Third-Party Monetization

We operate a pure SaaS business model funded entirely by user and business subscriptions. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or operational data to advertisers, data brokers, or external entities.

5. Offline Local Data Storage

To enable offline functionality in zero-reception areas, certain operational logs are stored securely in encrypted local storage on your device. Local data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections to our primary Australian servers as soon as connectivity is re-established.

6. Your Rights & Access

You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or request complete account deletion at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer at support@themateplatform.com.au.
