The Mate Platform is a unified suite of specialized, offline-first workforce management software designed specifically for Australian industries, including mining (MineMate), construction (BuildMate), aviation (FlightMate), transport (HaulMate), flexible work (FlexiMate), trade apprenticeships (ApprenticeMate), and enterprise workforce management (ManageMate).
How do subscriptions work across the apps?
All subscriptions across all 7 applications are centrally billed and managed under your single account on The Mate Platform. You can select individual worker apps, add modular extensions as needed, or enroll in multi-user enterprise plans. All prices are transparently billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) with no lock-in contracts.
Do the apps work without mobile coverage?
Yes! All applications feature offline-first technology. Whether you are logging duty hours in an aircraft cockpit, completing pre-start checks on an isolated outback highway, or updating shift logs underground in a pit site, data is saved locally on your device and synchronized automatically as soon as coverage is restored.
Is my data secure and stored in Australia?
Yes. Data sovereignty and privacy are core foundations of The Mate Platform. All customer data is hosted in high-security Australian data centers and encrypted in transit and at rest in full compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We never sell your personal or corporate data.
Are the apps compliant with Australian legislation?
Yes. Each application is engineered to meet or exceed relevant Australian regulatory standards: WHS Act 2011 safety standards for BuildMate, CASA CAO 48.1 fatigue standards for FlightMate, NHVR EWD and Chain of Responsibility standards for HaulMate, Modern Award fatigue guidelines for ManageMate, and ATO tax deduction rules across all worker apps.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can modify or cancel any app subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard on The Mate Platform. There are no cancellation penalties or hidden lock-in periods.
